So I walked outside today and it was 43 degrees…Needless to say I am missing the warmth of home a little bit. I ran a 5k yesterday and by the end of it there was a little shower of hail and snowflakes. ( I was in a little bit of shock considering Texas Octobers being in the high 70’s still) But the cooler weather brought along some vivid colored leaves so I cannot complain too much and I cannot miss out on the view, so I had to do a little design homework outside. Thankfully I invested in this jacket, which is a perfect mixed weight between a pea coat (winter coat) and a denim jacket or lightweight coat like I wore in my last post! The top I am wearing has probably been worn way too many times to count but I can’t possibly think of a comfier and flowier piece. And these Free People jeans..Let me tell you!!! They are the softest denim you will ever wear. So in the midst of fall, hot chocolate season, pumpkin carving and leaves falling, if you find the time or the money, I say a pair of heavenly jeans, a cozy shirt and thick jacket to keep you toasty while you enjoys the fresh air outside are worth it.
