Summer fashion has a special place in my heart, but there is something about fall fashion that excites me. I think it is all the layering and combinations that make it so unique. Often in the summer, pieces stand alone so individually they are really detailed. However, in the fall the simpler pieces all tie together to complete a detailed outfit. We all love a little teamwork, ya know?

Is this fuschia coat not everything?? I am so in love with the flattering waistline and the pop of color. Also, this sherpa coat is SO darling. After living in the northeast for 4 years, I grew quite the collection of coats. They are honestly some of my favorite pieces of clothing. I am already missing that aspect of fall fashion here in CA, but the 70 degree weather is quite unbeatable. Although cropped coats are fabulous, I quickly learned the importance of longer jackets. When it is frigid outside, you want to be as covered as possible. It truly makes all the difference. Due to the warmer weather here, I am trying to find cardigans and jackets that are a tad lighter than a heavy coat. I hope to have some winter adventures that allow for heavy coats. Where are some of your favorite places to find coats? J. Crew is a go-to of mine, as well as Zara. As the season continues, I can’t wait to share more finds with you all. If you missed it, here is What’s In My Cart 1. Happy almost Thursday!
